2 Pills a day with no aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and I can notice a difference in my bathroom frequency for the better. It's not harsh at all. I would give it try if you are looking for a little help.
I have been using these for a couple weeks. I can say that they do help to get things moving. Which I severely needed due to one of my medications. I like that I know what all the ingredients are, and it's not filled with things I can't pronounce.
I am currently using this product and will be able to provide results after use but so far, they are working as planned. I am still following the process. This product does work as described and I will purchase this product again for healthy reasons.
If you're looking for something less severe than powerful laxatives but could use some help. This worked for me, without the cramping and etc that comes with laxatives.
I've only been taking for almost 2 weeks but they are great. By day 2 before I even took the first pill for the day I could tell they were doing what they are intended to do. I highly recommend this I will definitely be buying more
