This elderberry gummy also has vitamin C and zinc to help support immune system health. They are very tasty and easy to chew and swallow. The flavor is very good, too. I'm very happy with this product.

Great Gummies!

I love the flavor of these Elderberry Gummies with Vitamin C and Zinc. I have been taking zinc supplements for years with zero colds so am happy to find it combined with elderberry and Vitamin C. The flavor is rich and strong, the texture is as close to perfection as one could expect and the price is very reasonable. A healthy and flavorful supplement.

Taste good!

These taste good so they're easy to eat everyday, even for our 3 and 6 year olds. In a 2 gummy serving is provides 90 mg of Vitamin C (100% of the recommended daily value), 7.5 mg of Zinc (69% of the recommended daily value) and 100 mg of elderberry. The bottle has 60 servings for only $12.61, a great value!

Personal opinion

After this last 18 months, health and wellness has become a bigger issue than ever. While I can't say if they would have any effect on THE VIRUS they do provide you with ingredients that will help keep your resistance up. A lot of people believe that zinc at the first sign of sniffles will reduce the severity and the duration of the infection. There are some scientific studies that suggest that they might be right but nothing definite. For my own personal experience I think that they might help & they certainly don't hurt. And they do taste good.

I have tried several different brands of Elderberry gummies, and the Lean Nutraceuticals Md Certified Elderberry Gummies are one of my favorites. Each serving is two gummies and there is a two month supply. At a little over $18, this comes out to be about $9 per month which is very reasonable. I have been taking these for over a month and I cannot be positive that they work, but I haven't gotten sick. The flavor is really good, they're sweet but not too sweet. They are easy to chew and don't get stuck in my teeth. Sugar is one of the ingredients (the bottle does not say how much there is) but I actually don't mind that there is sugar. Many gummy brands use stevia or artificial sweeteners and I would much rather have plain old sugar. Overall, these taste great and I definitely recommend.
