I did not expect to write a positive review. Lose weight while you sleep? Get jacked on caffeine and other metabolism boosters right before you go to bed, but still get a good night's rest? So far so good. I'm shocked. I expected that with green coffee bean extract, the added "sleep and mood aid complex" wouldn't be enough to balance that out. I expected I wouldn't be sleeping much at all, but that hasn't been the case. I get a very good night's rest on these, and I've been taking the full two pill dose each night. Even without actively changing my diet much, or starving myself, I have noticed a decent weight reduction - a pound or so every few days. I am eating a bit less, because these pills to suppress your appetite. I see some reviews saying they don't work all day, though. I don't think any "diet pill" works for 24 hours at a time. So, yes, if you take these before bed, you might have a decreased appetite for breakfast and lunch, and then feel pretty hungry by dinner (20 hours after you took the pills). I started taking these in combination with Keto BHB diet pills - night shred at night, and keto in the late morning. The night shred is still active in the morning suppressing appetite, so I take the keto pills later in the morning. They work through to the evening, and then it's time for night shred again. For what it's worth, I'm male, 51, and 6'2" and 205 lbs. I'm only looking to lose about 20 pounds. Dropping a few pounds has gotten harder and harder the older I get. But with the combo of night shred and keto pills, I'm on my way to my goal. They might not be for everyone, but I would recommend at least trying these. They seem to be working for me.
